Firefox will prompt you install the certificate into the browser just by clicking on the link.
Apple Mac / OSX: Download the file, then drag and drop onto Applications -> Utilities -> Keychain.

Download the ca-certificate PGP signature.
Download the CheShA PGP Authority pgp key.
